New Jerseys ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS 2011:
Ronald Oshrin, 50, of Budd Lake, New Jersey
Sentenced to 15 years Federal Prison
for recording children with Hidden Cameras

Ronald Oshrin
A computer consultant from Budd Lake has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for installing hidden cameras in his Morris County home and then using the cameras to secretly record young girls who were nude or undressing. While admitting to his crime in December 2011, Ronald Oshrin, 50, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Joseph H. Rodriguez to production of child pornography. Judge Rodriguez imposed the sentence in federal court in Camden.

Joseph H. Rodriguez
At the time the initial charges were brought in April 2012 against Oshrin – who is married with children – his lawyer said his client had 23 years of experience as a computer consultant with "the veteran's administration." Oshrin has admitted, according to authorities, that between 2007 and April 2012, he installed hidden cameras in a bedroom and a bathroom of his home in order to record nine young girls in various states of undress.

He's also admitted to editing the videos to produce still photographs, authorities say, as well as to distributing videos and the still photographs of the girls over the internet.

In addition, authorities said, Oshrin admitted to having sexual contact with certain minors.

According to an FBI-signed complaint made public in April 2012, agents spoke with Oshrin and he allegedly told them that he "regularly downloads child pornography from various websites on the internet.”

The complaint can be found here (.pdf):
http://www.justice.gov/usao/nj/Press/files/pdffiles/2012/Oshrin,%20Ronald%20Complaint.pdf

In addition, the complaint alleged that “he also regularly distributed child pornography through various methods including direct e-mail and posting on known child pornography sites and file sharing sites.”

The complaint also alleged that "when pre-pubescent girls were in the bathroom or bedroom, (Oshrin) would monitor the cameras and make video recordings of the girls ... disrobing, using the shower or using the toilet.

"Because he installed multiple cameras ... it allowed video production from various angles and allowed him to focus on specific areas of interest," the complaint said.

Washington State ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS 2011:
Leif O’Neil Christensen

Sentenced to 13 Years in Federal Prison
For Child Pornography And Gun Possession

Defendant Had 2006 State Convictions for Possession of Child Pornography

A Skagit County felon was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Seattle to 13 years in prison for possession of child pornography and being a felon in possession of a firearm, announced U.S. Attorney Jenny A. Durkan. Leif O’Neil Christensen, 32, of Anacortes, Washington, had been convicted in 2006 in Snohomish County of possession of child pornography. Due to that conviction, Christensen faced a 10-year mandatory minimum sentence and was prohibited from possessing a firearm. U.S. District Judge James L. Robart imposed 20 years of supervised release following the prison term.

Jenny A. Durkan
Christensen came to the attention of law enforcement in February 2010 when an FBI agent working online in an undercover capacity identified an Internet protocol (IP) address that was using peer-to-peer file sharing software to distribute child pornography. The IP address was linked to Christensen. As officers were preparing search warrants, Christensen was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender.

In December 2010, a second investigation led to a different IP address associated with Christensen in Anacortes, Washington. In March 2011, law enforcement searched that home and found both child pornography and a Ruger firearm in Christensen’s living space. Christensen was arrested. He was indicted in October 2011 and pleaded guilty in January 2012.

In asking for a 15-year sentence, prosecutors wrote to the court that Christensen’s criminal history “reveals a combustible mix of sexual deviancy, violence, poor impulse control, and drug abuse and addiction. He has admitted to molesting three boys when he was in his late teens and early 20s.

The abuse he suffered as a child undoubtedly affected him and most likely contributed to his current criminal history and the instant offense. Understanding his background may help explain his situation somewhat, but it does not mitigate the danger that he poses now, to the community at large, and to young children that he might meet. The overriding concern is that the defendant be prevented from molesting another boy.”

District of Columbia ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS 2011:
Richard Evans
, 25, Sentenced to 9 Years in Prison
for Distribution of Child Pornography

Search of Defendant’s Residence Yields Hundreds
of Images of Child Pornography

Richard Evans, 25, of Washington, D.C., was sentenced today to nine years in prison on a federal charge of distributing child pornography, announced U.S. Attorney Ronald C. Machen, Jr..

US Attorney Ronald C. Machen, Jr.
Evans pled guilty to the charge in March 2012 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He was sentenced by the Honorable Gladys Kessler.

Following completion of his prison term, Evans will be placed on a 10 year supervised release, with numerous conditions. Among other things, Evans must restrict his use of the Internet, undergo sex offender treatment, register as a sex offender for 25 years, and refrain from contact with children.

Gladys Kessler
According to a factual proffer of evidence presented during the court proceedings, on November 15, 2011, Evans contacted an undercover agent with the FBI’s Child Exploitation Task Force on a social network site.

Over those next two weeks, EVANS engaged in multiple online conversations with the undercover officer, during which he expressed an interest in meeting an underaged girl and engaging in sexual contact with her.

Evans also sent the undercover officer multiple images of child pornography and acknowledged that he actively traded child pornography with other individuals online. In the course of the online communications, Evans further expressed interest in watching the undercover performing sexual acts with the under-aged girl via web camera over the Internet and in having the undercover send him a video of the underaged girl engaged in sexual acts.

Law enforcement obtained an arrest warrant for Evans and a search warrant for his residence in Washington, D.C. On November 30, 2011, Evans was arrested. A forensic analysis of computer equipment inside Evans’ residence confirmed that he possessed approximately 560 images and 102 videos of child pornography, which were organized into various subfolders according to the category of sexual genre, fetish, and/or sexual acts.

New Mexico ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS 2010:
Adam Goodsell
, 29, of Albuquerque
sentenced to 10 Years Federal Prison

A U.S. child porn distributor collared by the efforts of Winnipeg police and a local civilian tipster has been handed a 10-year prison term.

Adam Pedophile
Adam Goodsell, 29, was sentenced to the lengthy term in a New Mexico federal court, according to the Associated Press. Goodsell was charged in the U.S. after a Winnipeg woman complained about being sent sick images depicting child abuse or exploitation after striking up an online relationship with Goodsell. She reported the incident to Cybertip.ca in August 2010.

That tip was passed off to the Winnipeg Police Service's Internet Child Exploitation unit and she assisted detectives in the investigation. A Winnipeg undercover Agent managed to access Goodsell's computer through a file-sharing program and found more than 80.000 child-porn files available for distribution to others.

Investigators with the Albuquerque Police Department obtained a warrant to search the man's house. They seized and searched computer equipment, finding a number of illegal images.

"Goodsell admitted that while the search warrant was being executed he participated in a recorded interview during which he admitted having more than 1,000 child pornography files 'from babies on up' on his computers," the U.S. Department of Justice said in a statement announcing his plea to a distribution charge last October.

Illinois ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS 2009/2012:
Eight Self-Identified ‘Boy Lovers’ Sentenced
to Federal Prison for Sexual Exploitation Crimes

Three years after several self-identified “boylovers,” who met in person and online to discuss their sexual interest in children and trade child pornography, were arrested in an FBI sting during or soon after a purported party at a hotel in suburban Skokie, a total of eight defendants have been convicted and sentenced to federal prison terms as a result of the investigation. The sentences ranged from nine years for a suburban Crest Hill man sentenced last week in Chicago to 120 years for a Missouri man sentenced last year in St. Louis.

Six of the eight defendants pleaded guilty and three of them cooperated against others, while the Crest Hill man and a Missouri defendant were convicted after separate trials. All were prosecuted as part of an investigation by the Chicago FBI’s Innocent Images Task Force, which culminated with the undercover sting in September 2009.

“The sentences in these cases reflect the stark reality that defendants who prey upon children by sexually exploiting or abusing them will be punished severely,” said Gary S. Shapiro, Acting United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois. He announced the sentences together with William C. Monroe, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Chicago Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Mark McGill, 27, of Crest Hill, was sentenced to nine years in prison, followed by 20 years’ supervised release, by U.S. District Judge Joan Gottschall on October 9th, 2012. McGill was convicted of possessing and distributing child pornography after a trial in March 2012. Evidence at McGill’s trial showed that he had attended at least one party with other “boylovers.”

In August 2009, McGill gave a cooperating defendant a thumb drive containing approximately 3.500 images and nearly 60 videos containing child pornography.

Jose Garcia, 25, of Schererville, Indiana, was sentenced to 33 years in prison, followed by lifetime supervised release, by U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve on July 23. Garcia, who cooperated, pleaded guilty to producing, possessing, and distributing child pornography.

Jacob Elliott, 32, of Matteson, was sentenced to 20 years in prison, followed by 10 years’ supervised release, by U.S. District Judge John Grady on July 18. Elliott, who cooperated, pleaded guilty to producing and possessing child pornography.

Corey Stinefast, 30, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, sentenced to 18 years in prison, followed by lifetime supervised release, by Judge St. Eve on June 13. Stinefast pleaded guilty to possessing and distributing child pornography, and he was found to have amassed a collection of more than 191.000 images of child pornography.

Neal Maschke, 42, of West Chicago, was sentenced to nine years in prison, followed by five years’ supervised release, by U.S. District Judge Samuel Der-Yeghiayan in October 2010. Maschke pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography.

McGill, Maschke, Garcia, Stinefast
Donald Peppers, 38, of Hoffman Estates, sentenced to 27 years in prison, followed by lifetime supervised release, by the late U.S. District Judge William Hibbler in December 2010. Peppers, who cooperated, pleaded guilty to producing, transporting, and possessing child pornography, including an admission that he had produced a video of himself sexually molesting a 1-year-old child. Peppers’ arrest and subsequent cooperation touched off the investigation that resulted in the other prosecutions.

Garcia and Maschke were arrested when they showed up for what they believed was going to be a “boylovers” party at the Skokie hotel in September 2009. McGill and Stinefast were arrested a short time later. Two other defendants, Michael Martin and Matthew Klopfenstine, were convicted in federal courts in St. Louis and Kansas City, respectively, based on evidence gathered during this investigation. Martin was sentenced last year to 120 years in prison for producing child pornography, and Klopfenstine was sentenced recently to 15 years and eight months for producing child pornography.

Officer Down Memorial Post (10-00):
Christopher A. Upton (37)
killed on March 5th 2010
@ the Oconee National Forest, Georgia, United States

A USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement officer was fatally killed on, March 5th 2010 at the Ocmulgee Bluff Equestrian Recreation Area on the Oconee Ranger District of the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest in Jasper County, Georgia.

Christopher Upton
Christopher Arby Upton, 37, of Monroe, Georgia, was on a routine patrol in the area about 11 p.m., where 2 hunters were hunting coyotes with a high-powered rifle equipped with night vision and apparently mistook the officer for game. After the shooting, the hunters dialed 911 and reported a hunting incident.

“This is a tragic incident where the loss of a federal officer’s life could have been avoided,” said Steven Ruppert, Special Agent-in-Charge for the Southern Region of the Forest Service.

“The standard procedure for a hunter is to identify your target and then shoot,” said Homer Bryson, Law Enforcement Colonel for Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Wildlife Resources Division (WRD). “The hunter failed to do this, and mistook the officer for game. He then shot and instantly killed the officer.”

The shooter, Norman Clinton Hale, 40, McDonough, Ga., and an observer, Clifford Allen McGouirk, 41, of Jackson, Georgia, were hunting coyotes.

While hunting illegally, Hale discharged his rifle, striking Upton in the face. At the sentencing hearing, the government offered expert evidence that had Mr. Hale taken appropriate action, such as calling for emergency services and applying pressure to Officer Upton’s wound, Officer Upton could have survived.

Oconee National Forest
Instead, Mr. Hale waited one hour and 32 minutes before calling 911 and offered no aid to Officer Upton. Mr. Hale asked the other persons present to just leave and not report the incident. When they refused to do so, Mr. Hale then suggested they get four wheelers and drive them to where Officer Upton was and tell the police that they found Officer Upton’s body in this condition. Hale was sentenced on March 22nd 2012 before the Judge Marc T. Treadwell to to 60 months’ imprisonment.

Upton, a four-year veteran of the Forest Service, had previously worked as a game warden for the Department of Defense, U.S. Marine Corps, at Beaufort, South Carolina, and as a conservation officer, game warden and pilot with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. He is survived by his wife, Jessica, and a 4-year-old daughter, Annabelle.

Florida ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS 2011:

Joshua Jay Williamson (24) from Jacksonville
sentenced to 5 ½ years in federal prison for
extorting dozens of women on Facebook
and possession child porn

24-year-old Joshua Jay Williamson received the sentence on the 29th of November, 2012, in Jacksonville. Court documents say Williamson "hacked" in to the email and social networking site on FB of dozens of women between February 2011 and June 2011. Using the personal information he gathered, along with suggestive photos he would find online, and would then further demand the women to send him full nude and sexually explicit photos. He told them that if they did not comply, he would send provocative pictures to their email and Facebook contacts.

On May 19th, 2011 alone Williamson sent extortionate emails to about 75 women.

He attempted to hide his ID by using several IP Adresses and an anonymizer tool (like i.ex. Ghostsurf) but the Smartass should have known that he can be tracked down by authorities anyway.

Files with photos of personal information for more than 150 women were found on Williamson’s computer; 23 images and 31 videos of child pornography were also uncovered.

Williamson will spend 66 months in federal prison and further will serve 10 years of supervised release. He also has been registered as a sex offender and his CPU-Hardware were forfeited as well.

Many agencies, including the FBI, the FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) and the JSO (Jacksonville Sheriff's Office) were involved in the investigation.

Marylands ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS 2011/2012:
Roger Allen Repp, III, age 45,
Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison for Sexually Exploiting a Minor
to Produce Child Pornography

U.S. District Judge Catherine C. Blake sentenced Roger Allen Repp, III, age 45, formerly of Hagerstown, Maryland, on September 6th, 2012, to 25 years in prison, followed by supervised release for life, for sexually exploiting a minor to produce child pornography. Judge Blake also ordered that upon Repp’s release from prison he must register as a sex offender in the place where he resides, where he is an employee, and where he is a student, under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).

Roger Allen Repp
The sentence was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein; Acting Special Agent in Charge Timothy P. Groh of the Federal Bureau of Investigation; Colonel Marcus L. Brown, Superintendent of the Maryland State Police; and Washington County State’s Attorney Charles P. Strong, Jr.

According to Repp’s plea agreement, Repp produced sexually explicit and lascivious photographs of a teenage girl under the age of 16 via a pinhole camera he set up in the girl’s bedroom and bathroom, without her knowledge. Repp admitted that he distributed those images to other pedophiles via a file sharing program over the Internet, in return for other child pornography being sent to him. Repp’s conduct was discovered during an undercover investigation of file sharing activities on the Internet, when on March 11th and March 16th, 2011, respectively, two separate undercover investigators downloaded images and videos of child pornography from Repp’s collection via a file sharing program.

Judge Blake
As a result of the undercover investigation, a search warrant was executed at Repp’s residence on April 22nd, 2011, by members of the Maryland State Police Computer Crimes Unit. Law enforcement seized two laptop computers, an external hard drive, and digital media. A subsequent forensic examination of the external hard drive revealed numerous files of child pornography, including 125 video files depicting the victim that were surreptitiously filmed by Repp. There were also several chat logs between Repp and others where he offered to share files of the victim and chats where Repp is looking for other individuals to share files with him.

Dorr to two years of probation (including six months of home detention) and ordered to pay a fine of 2.000 USD. As a condition of his probation, Lisle may not enter any gambling establishment or engage in any type of gambling, including off-shore or Internet gambling. Lisle must forfeit to the government almost 100.000 USD (98.263 USD) that was seized from his residence by law enforcement, which was the proceeds of gambling activity.

Reminder of FEDERAL ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS 2011/12:
Former U.S. Department of Education educator
Joseph Butler, 66, of Clarkston and
Navy seaman Spencer Duncan, 23, from Lawrenceville
sentenced for Involvement with Child Pornography

One was a career employee with the U.S. Department of Education and the other, a sailor with the U.S. Navy. But federal prosecutors said while these men were serving their country, they were involved in the collection and distribution of child sexual abuse images.

On Wednesday, the former educator Mr. Joseph Butler, 66, of Clarkston, and the former seaman Mr. Spencer Duncan, 23, of Lawrenceville, were sentenced for their involvement in child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

In March 2012, Mr. Butler was sentenced to 10 years for collecting child pornography while using his government computer and Mr. Butler was sentenced to six years and six months for distributing child pornography.

“These two cases illustrate the important point that consumers and purveyors of child pornography can be found everywhere,” Mrs. Yates said. “Both defendants had worked in service to our country and yet were collecting or distributing photographs of children being sexually abused.”

Federal investigators said Mr. Butler used his work computer to download child pornography from the internet onto CD-ROMs, which he then took home.

In July 2011, federal agents executed a search warrant at Mr. Butler’s home where they found the CD-ROMs of child pornography along with boxes full of children’s clothes and toys, Mrs. Yates said. They also found a collection of self-authored stories that described in graphic detail young children having sex with adults and animals.

Mr. Duncan was caught when an undercover FBI agent was able to download sexually explicit images of minors from the former seaman’s computer, Mrs. Yates said.

Mr. Duncan had created an account on a peer-to-peer file sharing network and made his collection of child pornography available to others, she said.

“The FBI found thousands of such images and dozens of videos on Duncan’s computer when they executed a search warrant at his house,” Mrs. Yates said.

Both Mr. Butler and Mr. Duncan pleaded guilty to the crime in December 2011. Once released, they will be required to register as sex offenders and Mr. Butler will have to undergo five years of supervised release and Mr. Duncan faces 10 years of supervised release.

A man formerly from St. Louis now living in San Diego was behind the series of online attacks against an Israeli organization.

Jonathan Cowden, 27, used hacking tools to attack Nefesh B’Nefesh, an Israeli organization that assists immigrants to that country, between November 2011 and January 17th, 2012 . Cowden stole data, damaged computers and boasted about his exploits on Twitter as “_AnonymouSTL_” and elsewhere.

Cowden was indicted on January 9th 2012 on a charge of accessing a protected computer without authorization, but the indictment was sealed until Cowden’s arrest January 18th 2012 in San Diego, where he moved to in the summer of 2011. A Reminder of Delawares ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS:

David Osborn, 40, from New Castle, Delaware
James Powell, 49, of Bridgeville, Delaware

THE POWELL CASE:
James Powell, 49, of Bridgeville, Delaware, was sentenced on October 1st, 2013, to 10 years in prison on federal charges of traveling interstate to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and possession of child pornography.

Judge Reggie B. Walton
Powell pled guilty to the charges in April 2013 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He was sentenced by the Honorable Reggie B. Walton. Powell was convicted in Prince George’s County, Maryland in 1997 of third-degree sexual abuse in a case that involved a child and was therefore subject to a 10-year mandatory minimum sentence. Following completion of his prison term, Powell will be placed on 20 years of supervised release. He also will be required to register as a sex offender for 25 years after his prison term.

According to the government’s evidence, on September 10th, 2012, Powell contacted an undercover officer with the FBI’s Child Exploitation Task Force, who had entered a social network site frequented by individuals with a sexual interest in children. Over the next few days, Powell engaged in online e-mail, instant message, and text message conversations with the undercover officer, whom Powell believed was the father of an underaged girl. During this period of time, Powell arranged with the undercover officer to meet for the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with the child. During the course of their communications, Powell also sent the undercover officers two images of child pornography.

On September 12th, 2012, Powell traveled from Delaware to a prearranged meeting place in Washington, D.C. When he arrived at the meeting place, he was arrested. He has been in custody ever since. (Well done, off the streets)
THE OSBORN CASE
David Osborn, 40, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Richard G. Andrews in the District of Delaware.

Judge Richard G. Andrews
According to statements made at the hearing and documents filed in court, Osborn was identified by the FBI through reports of child pornography trafficking provided by AOL LLC to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Under federal law, Internet service providers, such as AOL, are required to report suspected child pornography being transmitted over their servers to NCMEC, which then directs these “cybertips” to the appropriate law enforcement agency. AOL reported that a particular online username, later linked to Osborn, had been used to trade images of child pornography with another computer user in South Florida.

On May 26th, 2011, federal agents executed a search warrant at Osborn’s New Castle residence and arrested Osborn after finding more than 700 images of child pornography on his computer equipment. Law enforcement agents also searched Osborn’s e-mail account, which was found to contain numerous images of child pornography. Osborn’s child pornography collection included images of girls, ranging from prepubescence to mid-teenage, engaged in various sexual acts or posing lasciviously. Forensic data found on the equipment indicated that Osborn had been receiving and distributing images of child pornography for a number of years. Also found on Osborn’s computer equipment were more than 500 Internet chat logs between Osborn and others regarding child sexual exploitation.

According to information provided at court hearings, in the past, Osborn worked as a school bus driver, substitute teacher, and with the Newport, Delaware chapter of Job’s Daughters, a youth organization for girls.

At sentencing, Osborn faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. Osborn also faces a term of supervised release following his prison sentence of five years to life, and will be required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction in which he lives, works, or attends school. Osborn has been detained since his May 26th, 2011 arrest.

A Lession in Heuristics about the word:
OBFUSCATED, OBFUSCATING, OBFUS.....& SO ON !
QUESTION BEFORE lession (Let us stay POLI(C)T(i)e) (-ZEI):
How many Bad Beard Bandits are outhere ?
Isn´t it time to get a bit more creative ??
These days ???

There is the one of September last year, the Ohio one, Mister Kenneth J. Horsley from Columbus.

It looks like...Horsley first....

...stumbled over his own Beard or what....

....happened to be looking so bruised....? At least he got captured, some specific day.

Then there is Number 2, the Californian Bad Beard Bandit, Mister Gerardo Orozco Lopez (Oreo Cookie). Half Moon if you want, this year (2014):

Now the BAD BEARDS:

    Bad Horse Beard

    Bad Cookie Beard

So now there are a few questions that need to be answered (although i do not have the clue, Suggestions are welcomed): How would they have been named (so you can understand the difference), if BBBHorse (1) (Lets keep it short) would not have been captured, and both BBBs would still be(e) on the loose ? Would it be BBB1 & BBB2 ? Or BBBThe realBBB or BBBThe not so(real)BBB ? You see, being surrounded by Obfuscation, makes you think like that: Obfuscated ! Weird, but all so logical. And exactly that is what is happening in the world(s) thinking since 9/11. So, think about it. Its short and also (all so)....hmmmm....Simple ?

Have a nice day ;)

(Bye the way, that FlowerBucket just beside the Bad Beard Bandit....:D.....looks like....French Fries ? Bon Appétit. Folks !

If you KNOW what i mean, or if you do not, check this following Video by VADER ABRAHAM. Maybe then (but only then may May be by May 1st), you understand the Word OBUSCATED more Properly.

Its just all about...Surveillance (and Creativity) ;)

ONLINE CHILD PREDATORS 2011:
Retired Florida Teacher Dale Chisena, Sentenced to 30 Years for Traveling to Kentucky for Sexual Relations with Two Juveniles

U.S. District Judge Karen Caldwell sentenced 60-year-old Dale Chisena for interstate travel to engage in sex with a person under 12 years of age. "I'm pleased to say that my Cybercrimes Investigators working with the U.S. Attorney's Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement have taken another child predator off of the streets," General Conway said.

Chisena admitted that in July of 2011 he engaged in numerous online chats with a person he thought was the mother of nine and 11-year-old daughters. In reality, Chisena was talking to one of General Conway's cybercrimes investigators working undercover. Chisena was indicted on federal charges in April of 2011. According to his plea agreement, Chisena explained in detail his intentions to engage in sexual acts with the mother and her two daughters.

Dale Chisena
"Mr. Chisena had every intention of sexually exploiting young children," said U.S. Attorney Kerry Harvey. "We were fortunate that he was chatting with an undercover officer and not vulnerable children."

On February 4, 2011, Chisena flew from Florida to Lexington. He was arrested shortly after arriving at Bluegrass Airport by investigators from General Conway's Cybercrimes Unit. Chisena had brought gifts for the girls and other items that indicated his intention to perform sexual acts on the girls.

The investigation was conducted by the Attorney General's office and the FBI. The U.S. Attorney's Office was represented in the case by its Fort Mitchel Branch Office.

Since its creation in June of 2008, General Conway's Cybercrimes Unit has launched more than 270 child pornography investigations and seized more than 300.000 child pornographic images and videos from the Internet.
